Returns must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition;
  • Original packaging, accessories, and documentation are intact;
  • Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., invoice or order number);
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product fault or shipping error.
