If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from Tistar or an authorised dealer, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt.
Returns must meet the following conditions:
Tistar offers product exchanges under the same conditions as our return policy. Please contact our support team to arrange an exchange. Replacement items will be dispatched after the original item is returned and inspected.
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We will prioritise a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
· Items that have been installed or show signs of use;
· Products not purchased from Tistar or authorised dealers;
· Customised items or those marked as non-returnable.
